As long time pastor of Weaver Congregational Methodist Church in Weaver, Alabama; Rev. Keith Merritt understands the needs of pastors and local churches. his heart is to strengthen congregations and equip pastors with strategies and resources that enable churches to become more effective in fulfilling christ's calling as his church.

Don has been working in Haiti since 2010 and has been able to make a difference in the lives of the children at the Good Samaritan Project. He wants to share God's love and empower other people to do the same.

Rev. Dr. Ronnie Morgan has been in the ministry for 42 years and has served the Congregational Methodist Church (CMC) at Vision Community Church in Brookhaven, MS; Bethesda CMC in Crystal Springs, MS, and he currently serves at both Turnage Chapel CMC and Kokomo Chapel CMC in Foxworth, MS.

In his role as Director of Educational Ministries, Ronnie understands the need for education as preparation for ministry. He also believes in continuing education for those already serving in that capacity. Having worked both in ministry and in public education, he is fully equipped to help in the preparation needed to be entirely ready to serve.

Dr. Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in history, a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Jackson State University.

He is married to Darlene Morgan, who is also an Ordained Elder in the CMC. They have five children.

Mrs. Janet Wood serves the Congregational Methodist Church as General Conference Secretary and Assistant to the President.
